The 1731 Cuba 5 Year Old is a Single Origin Rum that has been carefully selected for color, flavor and regional character of the island.

Aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 5 years, these traditional Column Still rums reflect the authentic flavors of Cuba.

Color
Amber color.
Nose
Candy, cherries and berries, coconut.
Taste
Spicy, sweet, slightly light and dry flavour. Citrus and spices.
Finish
Long and very satisfying dry finish.

Cocktail suggestion

Daiquiri

Ingredients:
60 ml 1731 Cuba 5 Year Old
15 ml lime juice
10 ml sugar syrup (2:1)

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass and serve garnished with a wedge of lime.

The 1731 Panama 6 Year Old is a Single Origin Rum that has been carefully selected for color, flavor and regional character of the country of origin.

Aged for a minimum of 6 years in oak barrels that previously contained bourbon, these traditional Column Still rums reflect the authentic flavors of Panama.

Spices, coffee beans, cherries, cacao and coconut.
Taste
Coconut, sweet berries, cherries, chocolate.
Finish
Long, spicy and sweet finish.

Cocktail suggestion

Swizzle

Ingredients:
50 ml 1731 Panama 6 Year Old
20 ml lime juice
15 ml Falernum
40 ml pineapple juice

Pour all the ingredients in a long drink glass and half-fill with crushed ice.
Spin a swizzle stick or bar spoon between your hands to mix the ingredients.
Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple & lime & 5 dashes angostura bitters on top.

The 1731 Barbados 8 Year Old is a Single Origin Rum that has been carefully selected for color, flavor and regional character of the island. This Single Origin Rum blends a range of Barbados rums, some distilled in a traditional Column Still and others in an authentic Pot Still.

These exceptional local rums are then aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak barrels that previously contained bourbon to maximize natural flavor

Complex combination of notes of vanilla, spices and caramel.
Cinnamon and smoky oak.
Taste
Caramel, vanilla, dried apples and apricots as wel as notes of banana and smoky oak.
Finish
Long dry finish.

Cocktail suggestion

Knickerbocker

50 ml 1731 Barbados 8 Year Old
10 ml raspberry syrup
20 ml lime juice
5 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange CuraƧao

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge and seasonal berries.
